 | The most beautiful TRUTH that anyone of you will ever learn is that God knows each of you as an individual and loves YOU with a love that has no limits. He knows your name, your family members, your friends, your pets, your eye and hair color, and He knows your every thought, fear and concern. His love for each individual person He has created and placed upon this earth is without measure. He knew of you before you were ever in your mother's womb and His plan for each one of your lives was that you would come to know Him and to love Him and to place your faith and trust in Him so that your life would be a joyful and fulfilling life with purpose. God was very careful to make sure that each one of us would be able to know Him. He did this by giving us His inspired Word as recorded in the Bible by men and women of faith who were led by the Holy Spirit to write the divine truths of Almighty God.
 | | The Founders of America came to know Him and to love Him and to trust Him. It was this personal relationship with Almighty God through His Son, Jesus Christ which provided the wisdom and guidance for the Founders to establish this great country of America. And it was their reliance upon His leadership, which caused America to become the most blessed nation upon the face of the earth. | The message of God's wonderful grace is a very amazing message of love: "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son; that whosoever (any person who) believes in Him shall not perish, but will have everlasting life." - John 3:16 "For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved." - John 3:17 "And this is the testimony; That God has given us eternal life, and this Life is in His Son, Jesus. He who has the Son has Life; He who does not have the Son of God, does not have Life." - 1John 5:11-12 "For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus." - 1Timothy 2:5 "That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, You Will Be Saved." - Romans 10:9-10 "For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; It is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast." - Ephesians 2:8
| We all are born into this world spiritually dead (separated from God by our sinful nature). If you don't believe you have a sinful nature, all you have to do is wait until the next time someone does or says something to you that offends you or you don't get your way in some matter. It is very natural to react in a sinful way. It is not your fault that you were born with this nature...but the fact is, we all were. If you want to find out why, you need to read the 3rd chapter of Genesis in the Bible. The GOOD NEWS is that God has provided a remedy for everyone.... that includes you! | | |
Here is that GOOD NEWS.... Before you were ever conceived or born, God sent His Son Jesus Christ to this world to pay the penalty for each one of your sins...from the day we were born thru the day we will die. All the sins of every person who ever lived was paid for by Jesus Christ when He laid down His perfect life (a life without sin) and died on the cross. You see...the penalty of our sins was to be separated from having a relationship with God, (spiritually dead). And in that state, all people who would choose to reject God's free gift of Grace would be separated from God for eternity in hell. When Jesus died for us, He took all of our sins (past, present and future sins) upon Himself and God forgave all of those sins. But that is only part of what He did. He then arose from the grave to give each one of us life...His life to live within us from that day forward...a life that would be eternal! Jesus said: "I have come that they may have life; And that they may have it more abundantly; I am the Good Shepherd. The Good Shepherd gives His life for the sheep." - John 10:10-11 It is this new life, (a born again life), that will give you a new nature and a new strength to live for Him. From the moment you accept Jesus as your Savior you are saved...your salvation is secure and Jesus, day-by-day becomes your Lord thru the presence of His Holy Spirit living within you. Now...this does not mean that you will never sin again. But it does mean that all of those sins have already been forgiven and that your new nature will not allow you to practice your old sinful ways. Your conscience will be bothered when you do sin and God's Spirit will begin to renew your mind. You will grow as you study God's word, as you spend time with God in prayer, and as you fellowship with other Christians. You will enjoy many new experiences of joy and peace and purpose as God leads your life. It is a wonderful life to be a Christian and to know that you will spend eternity in Heaven with Him! You will want to share this "Good News" of Jesus Christ with others you know and meet. This is God's purpose for your life and every life that He has created. And He promises this: "I will never leave you or forsake you." - Hebrews 13:5
The Bible says in John 1:12, "to all who received Him (Jesus), to those who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God." In Christ is total forgiveness of sins, total acceptance, and eternal life. Salvation is a free gift that you accept by faith. You can never earn it or deserve it. Salvation is simply accepted by placing your faith and trust in what Jesus Christ has already accomplished for you and accepting Him as your Savior and inviting Him to come into your heart and give you a new (born again) life, His resurrected life...His Holy Spirit.
If you have not done this already, simply bow your head and say this simple prayer from your heart... Lord Jesus, I need You. Thank you for dying for the forgiveness of my sins and for offering me Your righteousness and resurrected life. I now accept by faith Your gift of salvation. Through Your Holy Spirit, teach me about Your love and grace, and about the new life that You have given me. Begin the work of making me into the person You want me to be. In Your name, Lord Jesus, I pray...amen.
